Materials and Finishes
Three materials. Thousands of finishes. Every piece on the site can be made in any of them, and you hold the sample before we cut.
Carved from one block. Cool to the hand, heavy on the floor.
Carrara, Calacatta, Nero Marquina, travertine and black stone, polished, honed, fluted or split. The material of fountains, fireplaces and the pieces that anchor an entrance.
Cast by lost wax. Warm, waxed, and better every year.
Patinas from classic brown to a custom ocean blue, sealed in wax. The outdoor metal that salt cannot touch, and the one that holds the finest figurative detail.
Mirror, brushed or coloured. Light for its size, built for the Gulf.
Grade 316 ignores sea air and pool water. Mirror, satin and brushed finishes, PVD colours from rose gold to black, any RAL paint. The choice for large forms and reflections.

Nothing is cut until you have held it.
Pick a direction and we send finish samples to the site, or you visit the showroom in Al Quoz and see stone, bronze and steel in the same light your piece will live in. For commissions we also 3D-print the form at one-tenth scale.

Straight answers
Yes. Bronze on a stone plinth, steel with a marble base, a bronze relief set into travertine. Many of our best pieces are two materials.
For the same form, stainless steel is usually the lightest and the quickest, stone is priced by the block and the carving, and bronze by the casting. Send the piece and the size and we price all three.
A little. Mirror and PVD colours add polishing time; honed stone is quicker than polished. We show the difference on the quote.
Usually. Send a photo or a sample and we source the same stone or match the patina or PVD colour to it.
