About this piece

Rasad 150

Arabic. "The watcher."

Rasad — Arabic for the watcher — is a leopard seated upright against the wall, its coat built from overlapping discs of antique brass and blackened metal so the markings catch light plate by plate. The tail drops clear of the body and curls back along the wall. Made for entrance halls, lounges and stair landings. Made to order in the 1-OPH atelier, six to eight weeks.
