About this piece
Tsukage 220
Coined, from the Japanese tsuki — moon — and "kage" — shadow.
Tsukage — coined from the Japanese "tsuki", moon — is a long low form chiselled into flat irregular facets on every side, left with the marks of the tool, beneath a polished top with a recessed linear burner. Basalt takes the chisel harder than marble and holds the edge. Made to order in the 1-OPH atelier, six to eight weeks.
6–8 weeks from approval · Delivery, installation and lifting quoted separately.
