About this piece
Ruchbah
An Arabic-named star in Cassiopeia, "the knee".
Ruchbah — an Arabic-named star in Cassiopeia — is a carved travertine column of stacked, interlocking blocks that step in and out as they rise, so the silhouette changes completely from each side. Cut from travertine and left honed, with the stone's open pores reading across every face. Made to order in the 1-OPH atelier, six to eight weeks.
6–8 weeks from approval · Delivery, installation and lifting quoted separately.
