Coined, from naître — to be born.
Naissa — coined from the French for born — is a mirror-polished steel egg sliced into horizontal bands with open gaps between them. Each band reflects a different register of the surroundings, so the form gathers the horizon into stacked lines. Made to order in the 1-OPH atelier, six to eight weeks.
