Arabic-named star, "the loin."
Merak — an Arabic-named star meaning the loin — is a slender bronze wave that lifts at both ends and dips at the centre, balanced on a single point. The metal is worked thin so the whole piece reads as one continuous line. The base is black marble. Made to order in the 1-OPH atelier, six to eight weeks.
