Shipping policy

1. Overview

At 1-OPH, we handle every order with care from production through to delivery. Please read this policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


2. Order processing

All orders are processed once full payment has been confirmed. Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or bespoke orders operate on a separately agreed timeline, confirmed in writing at the time of order.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


3. Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the UAE and to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


4. Shipping timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • UAE (local): 3–7 business days
  • GCC countries: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.


5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. For large or fragile items, a custom shipping quote may be provided prior to order confirmation.

Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods, as stated on our website.


6. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 1-OPH has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.


7. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.


8. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate promptly.

1-OPH is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.


9. Failed deliveries & returns to sender

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Unclaimed parcels held beyond 30 days may be subject to disposal.
