VEIL / ASCENT II captures a moment of upward motion suspended in stillness. The form suggests a figure emerging from its own drapery—rising rather than descending—where fabric, body, and motion merge into a single continuous gesture.

Unlike literal figurative sculpture, the work removes facial and anatomical specificity, allowing posture, flow, and balance to convey presence. The sweeping folds spiral upward from the base, creating a sense of lift and quiet momentum, as though the sculpture is caught mid-turn.

Under evening and architectural lighting, the satin metal surface responds with soft reflections, giving the impression of movement as viewers circulate around it. The sculpture reads simultaneously as human, elemental, and architectural—designed to complement refined outdoor landscapes and contemporary interiors.
